Your Complete Player Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and rv999 ("rv999", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the website located at rv999.win, including all games, betting markets, promotions, payment services, and customer support channels offered thereon.

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the rv999 platform, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be bound by all of its terms. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use rv999.

rv999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time and without prior notice. The revised Agreement will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of rv999 following any such update constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the modified terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by the following additional policies, each of which forms part of this Agreement by reference:

• Privacy Policy — governing the collection, use, and protection of your personal data.
• Responsible Gaming Policy — covering deposit limits, self-exclusion, cooling-off periods, and support resources.
• Bonus & Promotions Terms — published alongside each individual promotion on the rv999 platform.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any supplementary policy, the specific supplementary policy governs the subject matter to which it relates.

Access to rv999 and participation in any gaming or betting activity offered on the platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their continued use of the platform:

Employees, contractors, directors, and immediate family members of rv999 or its affiliated technology and payment partners are not eligible to hold player accounts or participate in any promotional offer on the platform.

To access real-money gaming features on rv999, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge and requires the submission of accurate, complete, and current personal information. By submitting your registration details, you warrant that all information provided is truthful and up to date.

rv999 operates a strict one account per person policy. Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active rv999 account at any given time. Holding multiple accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially — is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any pending or outstanding balances attributed to bonus activity.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password.
• You must not share your login credentials with any other person.
• You must notify rv999 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• rv999 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any communication channel.
• All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised it.

rv999 reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any stage, including during registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any point during account activity. KYC documents may include a government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

All financial transactions on rv999 are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). There is no foreign currency conversion on the rv999 platform, and no foreign exchange fees are applied at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process.

rv999 currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without notice. rv999 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific payment method.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawal to same method: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification.
• Processing time: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval. Bank card withdrawals may take up to 3–5 business days depending on the issuing bank.
• Platform fees: rv999 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.
• Withdrawal verification: rv999 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal request. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure.

Deposits made to rv999 must come from payment accounts that are legally registered in your name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from a third party into your rv999 account, is strictly prohibited. Any such activity will be treated as a potential money laundering attempt and reported to the relevant authorities.

rv999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, BPL season, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer and to the general conditions set out in this section.

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balances. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Bonus expiry: Bonus funds and any associated free spins expire within the timeframe specified on the promotion. Expired bonuses and any winnings accumulated from expired bonuses are automatically removed from the account balance.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live dealer games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage or zero. Contribution rates are detailed on each promotion page.
• Maximum bet rule: While a bonus is active, the maximum single bet or spin permitted is ৳1,000 unless otherwise specified. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Attempting to activate multiple bonuses simultaneously is not permitted.
• Bonus abuse: rv999 uses automated monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-variance betting strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk. Any account found to be abusing bonuses will have all bonus balances voided and may be permanently restricted from bonus eligibility.

rv999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already accepted an active bonus at the time of modification will not be retrospectively affected by changes to that specific promotion's terms, provided they have not yet completed the wagering requirements.

By using the rv999 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with fair play, the rule of law, and respect for other users and rv999 staff. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of this Agreement:

• Opening or operating more than one rv999 account, whether in your own name or under another identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the rv999 platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in collusion with other players in live dealer games, poker rooms, or any multiplayer format.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing anomalies. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable platform error are void and will be removed from the account balance.
• Attempting to launder funds through the rv999 platform by depositing and withdrawing without genuine gaming activity.
• Using the platform for any illegal purpose under Bangladesh law or applicable international law.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward rv999 support staff or other players.
• Reverse-engineering, scraping, or copying any part of the rv999 platform, its game content, or its intellectual property.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other players' accounts or rv999's administrative systems.

rv999 reserves the right to take any of the following actions against an account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct: immediate suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of bonus and associated winnings, withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation, and referral to law enforcement authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.

Decisions made by rv999 regarding prohibited conduct are final and binding. rv999 is not obliged to disclose the specific evidence or methodology used to reach a determination of prohibited conduct where doing so would compromise our fraud detection systems.

All content available on the rv999 platform — including but not limited to the rv999 brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, game graphics, text, promotional materials, audio, video, and software — is the intellectual property of rv999 or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, Spribe, and Habanero, among others). All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the rv999 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or publicly displaying any rv999 content without written authorisation.
• Creating derivative works based on rv999's intellectual property.
• Using the rv999 brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any commercial context.
• Framing, mirroring, or embedding the rv999 website or any portion thereof on another website or application.

Game content provided by third-party studio partners (such as Pragmatic Play and Evolution Gaming) remains the intellectual property of the respective studio. rv999 is licensed to make such content available to players on the platform but does not claim ownership of any third-party game assets.

Any unauthorised use of rv999's intellectual property will be pursued by all legal means available, including injunctive relief and claims for damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rv999 shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the rv999 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gaming outcomes, regardless of whether those outcomes were influenced by platform errors subsequently corrected.
• Interrupted or unavailable service resulting from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, server downtime, network disruptions, or force majeure events.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
• Loss of data, account access, or account history resulting from events outside rv999's reasonable control.
• Decisions made by rv999 in good faith on the basis of information available at the time, including decisions related to bonus forfeiture, account suspension, or bet settlement.

rv999's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount you deposited to your rv999 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by rv999's gross negligence — to the extent that applicable law does not permit such exclusion or limitation.

The rv999 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. rv999 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, accuracy of game outcomes, or compatibility with any specific device or mobile network operator including Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, or Teletalk.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute arising from or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any unresolved dispute that cannot be settled through direct negotiation with rv999's support team will be referred to binding arbitration. The arbitration will be conducted in English.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of rv999 to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
